Ensalata de la huerta – local greens w/ pickled onion, slivered almonds & sherry vinaigrette
Pollo en Salsa Brava – TX chicken braised in a “fierce” smoky sauce
Crispy Patates – roasted & smashed gold potatoes tossed in olive oil & fresh herbs
Escalavada – ember roasted seasonal local vegetables
Torrijas – Coyote Creek egg soaked hearth breads & seasonal fruits
Celebrating our connection to Texas farms and families, we’ll pack as many local ingredients as possible into this tasty menu and wash it down with hand-picked Spanish wines.
